I am interested in being able to hack into neighbours wireless internet networks so I can check my mail using their internet when mine is down. Anyone have any idea how to get started on this task?

lol.. thanks for the suggestion. Somehow I had thought of that too and tried it. Only problem was that it seemed to me like every site I visited was only trying to sell me one of their programs so I wanted to see if someone already knew of a particular program that they had used already and knew worked.

This is against the ToS. Aircrack-ng is what you're looking for, but we're not going to help you use it to get into your neighbor's network.

Aircrack command line is too many and hard to memorize it.
I recommend beini (http://www.ibeini.com/).
Beini is a Operating System. You can direct boot on the CD or Run on the virtual machine mean VMware.
Beini already included feedingBottle and other useful application.
FeedingBottle is a GUI (Graphics Users Interface) for aircrack. You can crack wifi easily.
