The link on the site gave me a download full of virus'. Anyone have a good source? I would really appreciate it.

http://www.oxid.it/cain.html is the official download page. However, I'd be willing to bet that your download was fine, anti-virus software often times doesn't like things like Cain and Abel and will flag them as viruses. You'll probably have to add an exception to your anti-virus for Cain

I can't get it to work. I have the .exe and all the files but none of them work. I tried looking over the install guide but I'm not getting it. I'm going to tinker with a few things and come back to it. If you got any hints let me know.

Make sure you downloaded the right version for your Windows (probably "Cain & Abel v4.9.38 for Windows NT/2000/XP"), should only be one .exe file. If that doesn't work, then your AV is probably blocking it.

Windows 7? Make sure you run the installer as administrator.

I run Windows 7 on one of my laptops, and I didn't have to run it as administrator. But, I do have UAC disabled, perhaps that could make a difference?

Can you elaborate on "none of them work"? What happens when you try to run the program? If the executable doesn't appear to launch, check your Task Manager to see whether or not the process is running.

It won't find Cain as if I download nothing but an .exe icon, and says Able isn't a win32 program.
