I think the top 3 funniest examples of hacking in Hollywood are:

[3] "Hackers" - Computers run on magic and the command prompt is just trippy colors.

[2] "Die Hard 4" - You can blow up oil refineries with a wi-fi connection and the magic of linux.

[1] "Independence Day" - Who needs linux when you have an old school mac-book? They can totally hack into advanced alien ships!

I don't think the following ones are hack related, but it's kinda funny all the extra stuff the movie makers add to the hacking scenes to make them more attractive to the non technological educated people:

Hackers (1995): Do you smoke? Do you use really fucked up clothes? Do you rollerblade? Do you play games with two joysticks? No? Then you are not l33t man.

Swordfish: 7 monitors on your computer? What for? Also arranged in a pretty uncomfortable way.

Die hard 4: Same as Swordfish, and that big ass screen, from that distance, seems uncomfortable too.
