How to trace a hacker?

Does it come from the Router are are ARP packages? If yes it is normal.
Else just copy down the IP and research.

However I cant determine which connections are usual in Wireshark, hope someone could tell me if its ok or not in this log file.

I dont know what else I should do to find something relevant. My only chance is to keep looking for someone more experienced who would help me.

I would appreciate even every idea telling me where I should look for this experienced person. I've already tried someone, but without any answers yet, still waiting and hoping. Please, tell me what comes to your mind, when Im asking this?
