Most likely the CHR extension means that the file contains information about a character in a game that uses BioWare's Infinity Engine. Baldur's Gate and Neverwinter Nights, use this engine.
HTS does not support any illegal activities tyvm.

Nice catch!
But sometimes, I'm just a little confused. Knowledge is like a gun, with which you can both protect people and kill them. He who kills people with a gun gets the responsibilities and goes to jail. Neither the gun nor the gun manufacturer is supposed to be blamed. In this case, if any knowledge provider is to be considered as "supporter" for illegal activities, does that imply gun shops are accomplices?
Just a thought.

If a tree falls in a forest, and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound? Furthermore, is the first sentence of this paragraph grammatically correct?
@OP: By the way, good choice in games. Bioware's newer RPGs are wonderful, though.

I gotta admit that I'm a little bit confused.
Sometimes it seems to me as if I'm just being used.
Gotta stay awake, gotta try and shake off this creeping malaise.
If I don't stand my own ground, how can I find my way out of this maze?
