Programming 8 (IRC Bot)

I've got everything right until moo notices my bot with !perm8-attack.
My bot then joins #takeoverz and tries to kick moo, but moo isn't there!?

Nvm, moo is back. I completed the mission now.

OK, I've got everything working up until I try to kick moo. I start the challenge in #perm8, moo sends me the string to hash, I send back the hash successfully, moo then starts the attack. I join #takeoverz and issue the kick command and this is the response I get: "KICK moo is +q". Anyone have any ideas? I'm guessing +q means moo is the owner and therefore cannot be kicked.?
