What's the best way to setup a home network? Why should I care about BGP?

Does anyone have access to one of these? I have been told that you can build reports to capture usernames, passwords, and Credit Card numbers. Is this true? If so how?

I assume you are talking about Palo Alto Networks? Basically it looks like a firewall. Google if you please.

And gathering passwords and CC numbers is illegal fyi.

Mostly what I am getting at is "Is it possible??". I overheard our isp talking about this issue, that they may be putting this policy in place.
