9/17 LECTURE: SSH, Computer Forensics, En/Decryption

I wouldn't say logs are useless. A lot of conversation happened in there, and during the interviews some people posted their answers there as well (which I neglected to read aloud on Vent; sorry!). I can post logs if needed.

Also, @ Monica, you picked a kinda weird method for chopping up the lecture. The introductions were missing entirely, and Part1 started out in what I remember as the middle of a conversation.

Yeah, part of the reason for that was because the recording's quality had a lot of gaps for whatever reason. I blame vent's recording feature.

No, the recording was spot-on. We were just quiet for a lot of it.

I chopped off A LOT of dead-air. I was absolutely disappointed in the Introduction; I cut it off completely due to the fact that nobody else was being heard, except for Goatboy's voice. I used sanddbox's recorded audio, go figure.

I was actually just asking for the IRC logs coz it be more fun that way and also, yes, a lot of the conversation was done in IRC. I couldn't understand the parts where either Goatboy or Monica would ask a question, paused, laughed at something(or someone: Bren ) and then moved on. Anyhow, Bren uploaded the logs so I caught up. =P

Overall, it was a good way to spend a friday night/saturday morning. Hope I make the next one.

If possible I would like to see a follow up article on some of these subjects, possibly going in depth with such subjects. I'm sure everyone would love to see this, I know I would.
