Programming 4 failure

Can someone explain to me why the answer to this is not as follows:

65C,498D17D4476,C3DC6,D4C541F0F2,EF9EA0EFE8

I've tried caps and no caps, with and without spaces after the commas, and various renderings that all seem right. Any thoughts? Bug report?

not sure what this mission is because I haven't gotten around to it yet but.. on very quick first look...

65C,498D17D4476,C3DC6,D4C541F0F2,EF9EA0EFE8 if you remove the commas it looks it could be a "thing we see often in missions".

65C498D17D4476C3DC6D4C541F0F2EF9EA0EFE8

Just a wild guess?

Most likely has to do with the order you are reading them in. I'm too lazy right now to look it up, but I know the order of the colors matters.
Assume that everything I say is or could be a lie.

Thank you both for your replies, but no. The order is specified on both the challenge page and the info page as "blue, green, red, yellow, white". The digest idea is not a bad one, except there are too many characters, and the solution is supposed to be a comma separated list of values. Any other thoughts, folks?

Yeah, the color order is correct and it should be all caps, with no spaces. What method for submitting the answer are you using?

tremor77 is correct.
The answer should be formated without commas like this: A4F893101C1B9816305D0E009B22098CA56D1D2
I just tried it and it accepted the answer.

Mojo: Tried input with no commas a few times, but to no avail. The spec does say it's comma separated...

Defience: I'm parsing the XML using JAVA's SAX engine, then displaying using the applet libraries (after the appropriate translation). I just type the result in by hand once it's displayed on the screen, usually with about 20-30 seconds to spare. It just tells me the answer is wrong. You can see the results look fine, but it never gets accepted. I verified the output of my program by reading the XML and comparing the number of blue elements, for example, and it all looks right.

I can PM code to a site dev if desired, if there's a way to compare to the back end. Otherwise I can't think of a simple fix.

I did try it a few times, with my own solutions and the strings you posted exactly the way you posted, but still nothing. Maybe it's "working" because you've already completed the mission.

I'm starting to believe there's a bug present. If no one else has thoughts I'll just file a report this afternoon.

My answer would never work, it changes every time you refresh the page. Check your browser settings make sure you don't have any auto refresh settings or plug-ins active.
