I was also having the same problem but just figured out what I was doing "wrong". My problem was my username size and key size parts looked like "123\x01\x01\x01\x00" for example, but the verifier wants it like "000123" even though both will return the number 123. I didn't have to trim bytes at the end or anything.

Hi all!

I am also stucked here for a while. I have a license which the program accepts but the website does not.

I already pm'ed Nightquest quite a while ago but he is probably afk. Of course, I read the thread and tried to play a bit with the number format. Is anybody (of those who already finished this one) willing to take a look at my license. Maybe, you can spot differences to the format you posted.

I had this same problem. Try looking over the license you generated again, and see if you can strip out any unnecessary data. There seems to be an issue, where the application accepts characters that the HTS validator does not. Basically, the app stops reading when it exhausts a valid input, but the validator continues to read until it's gone over your entire submission. If there's anything trailing at the end of the key, you won't pass.

Indeed, my file contained one more zero byte than required. (Stupid me -- I thought I checked it before). However, removing it and reformating the numbers back to something like 000MYNUMBERS solved it. Thanks, OnlyHuman!

I am also facing same problem with app18 exe file.I am not able to generate file to Level up.This App is work very well but when I give the license file it will not accept by site.I don't know where is the problem in this procedure.

Why my file app18win.lic don't want to open by fopen of app18win application?

I put breakpoint after the fopen function, but it always returns 0...

What I do wrong?

I've solved App18 but the site wont accept my license file. Can't seem to send pm's on here yet either. Just a heads up.
Anyway to contact you (NightQuest) to submit my answer?
