Code::Blocks <limits.h> issue

I'm having a bit of a problem when using <limits.h> in Code::Blocks.
The values for UINT_MAX and ULONG_MAX are returning as -1. Has anyone else experienced this, or should I just change compilers? Or has lack of caffeine / sleep gotten to me and I'm missing something here?...

Any input appreciated.

Since posting this thread I've switched to using OpenBSD ( with Vi and the built in C compiler ) and am no longer having this issue. Unfortunately, I did not find a solution to the why this was happening with Code::Blocks.
