I'm trying for programming mission 4.
I write a code (in matlab). I think most of them is correct.
I checked one by one. My code is drawing the true values i suspect about given xml files.

my request is: someone could share a xml file and xml's drawing who completes mission 4 already correctly
so we can check our code

It looks like you need to sort the ARC drawing. Try inverting some values and checking it works out =]
This is probably the trickiest part of the challenge is to draw the arc's correctly.

Could you use an XSLT sheet to convert this to SVG? Has anybody tried it?
