well I just made my first serious site and I want to know what you guys think of it.

It's working again. I think it's fine, some of the pages load slowly at least with me, probably due to the web host. I didn't see any gaping security holes, but I didn't look very closely either.

Another suggestion would be to make it a picture.

Neither of these are foolproof, of course, but they help a bit. Typically, some noob crawls pages, looking for a regular expression that will match most email addresses, e.g. [A-Za-z]{3,15}@[A-Za-z]{3,15}\.(com|edu|org|gov) , and adds this to a list. (That expression is probably waaaaay off, been months since I've touched regex).

The reason why I thought of that was that some douschebag did that to my email address, threw it up on pastebin. I got reamed hardcore. My guess is that gmail would be much better at catching this, but it's still a valid suggestion if you expect your site to get any significant traffic.
