phpBB was chosen due to how easy it was to integrate it into HTS. All other forums systems were far too difficult. That, and phpBB isn't too terribly bad. There are other, far worse ones out there.

As for some of my fond memories... well, I really love the time that ( This post has been altered by the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation due to classified information released that is a threat to national security )

I remember a discussion on IRC about social engineering and the bedroom. "You can't spell 'sex' without 'SE!'", etc. Good times.
