Not a joke, but along the same lines as some of the stuff from this post.

I pray to what ever force is out there that none of you ever have to call Motorola tech support.
Got a call from some small company's IT guy wanting to set up a couple of Motorola droids on their Exchange server.
According to our policy we weren't even supposed to bother setting these up.
Anyway, we went through the process of setting it up on both droids. One of them worked like a charm. Everything was perfect. The other... not so much.
I forget what the actual issue was, since it was quite some time ago, but after 1 1/2 hours of trying to figure it out, we said to hell with it and called Motorola tech support. Here's how it went down.
*10 minutes going through the automated system*
*30 minutes on hold waiting to talk to someone, finally got someone, and after all the introductions and codes given...*
Moto1: So whats the problem?
Me: We've got two droids, and we're trying to get them set up with an exchange server. One is working great, the other only one feature is working.
Moto1: Sir, the Motorola Droid does not support Exchange servers.
Me: Yes it does, I just said it's working perfectly on one phone. We checked all the settings multiple times, wiped the phone, did everything again, and its still not working.
Moto1: Sir, the Motorola droid doesn't work with exchange servers.
Me: I just said we've got it working on one phone. If it didn't support it, how would it be working?
Moto1: It sounds like the phone you say its working on is broken, I'm going to transfer you to the next tier of tech support.
*Another 30 minutes on hold, intro's spewed, etc*
Moto2: The previous tech support specialist told me what your issue is sir, and he is correct. The motorola droid does not support exchange servers.
Me: I'm going to hang up now. Bye.
Couldn't get it fixed, company policy wouldn't let me do much else, so I sent the guy a new droid.
tl;dr - Motorola tech support is pretty stupid. This coming from tech support for VZW (We were pretty stupid too)
