with the windows 7 32-bit? The upgrade programm leaves everything intact, just upgrades your windows from vista to 7, atleast that is what it did at a friend of mine, but he did the upgrade option in the windows 7 installer not the "custom install" one. I've read somewhere however that windows 7 saves your old windows and applications in a map called "windows.old"
your games probably have to be reïnstalled, don't know for sure though
