So i am useinf fire fox and have fire bug and imspected the element so then i changed the email to my email. Now how do i get it to send the pass useing my info?

Have you tried clicking the button for it to send the email? It won't actually send you the pw, but it should show you what you need to complete the mission.

Once you understood what to do, it was unnecessary to actually follow through with emailing it.

If by "normal" you mean a real-world application, yes. However I cannot imagine someone hard-coding the e-mail value in like that. But hey, weirder things have happened.

What's happening in the mission is that instead of actually sending out the information, the page checks to see if you did something right and if so, displays what you need. This is how most, if not all, of the missions work.

i just recently learned ANYTHING about source codes and html, and i made it through lvls 1-3 without too much trouble, and i think i know what to do on lvl 4, but how do i make the changes i make to the code save untill i can click the "send password to sam" button. plz help!

before moving to that thread i want to say that i'm using internet explorer right now, and dont really plan on changing unless its totally necissary. can i do these missions with ie and preferably without having to download anything?

Well, its not necessary, but with IE your only option is to download the page, edit a bunch of stuff, and try stuff until it works. Firefox is far more developer friendly. So even though its not necessary to change, it is easier to change. Nonetheless, do as you will!
