Stego 15

As the person who created this mission, I can safely say it was complete shit. I've remade it so that it is not (or at least not as much), and the new version will be uploaded soon. Stats for the old mission will be cleared.

I can't figure out almost anything from this pic. The file si divided in 12 IDAT blocks I'm trying to decode those blocks or some pixels for each block. Am I on the right way? I'm complitely stuck.

considering only 2 or so people have completed this challenge so far, I'd say a lot of people are having difficulty with it. You are definitely not alone.

Well I noticed there are 12 IDAT chunks, with the last one being slightly smaller.
This is by far the hardest stego we had here.

Sure, some directions would be helpful. Do we need to write a program to solve this? Can it be done with image editor? Any hint at all?

Forgive me if i am little out of order, but... are we supposed to see anything popping out of the image?
