Hello people of the World Wide Web... I really want to learn Javascript and then use it to hack... but I just don't know where to ask or where to start...

Then I found this website - today... And now I finally found the right place to ask! So, if anyone would be so kind and thoughtful, then please, please throw me in the right direction. I know I first probably need a basic understing of Javascript so, there to I will need help.

Thanks for taking the time to heopfully read this. :D

No. JavaScript is used for making the web a bit flashier.
You very rarely can use it to 'hack' too, by the way, though learning to read it is very helpful with the web starting to use AJAX more and more.
