I can't figure out how to get Audacity to do the kind of analysis you need for this one. Maybe its possible, but I don't know how to do it if it is. With Wavepad its easy to find the pass, though having found the pass I haven't yet worked out the right characters. Sadly, telling you what function Wavepad has that Audicity doesn't would be giving it away.

@s_ha_dum, @JakeMS: The Audacity 1.3.* beta branch can solve this level. I think the 1.2.* stable branch can as well, I'm not sure.

(Well, I see something - I can't quite make out the letters though. I've tried several possibilities based on what I'm seeing, none work...)

Hi i can give an extra hint. I'm from mexico, and i speak spanish. I download the wavepad spanish version. AND the spanish version isn't the same as the english version. In spanish version theres no the option to solve this. Also i tried with Audacity and still getting nothing.

However great challenge.

Audacity 1.2 or above can definitely do it, but it's harder to find, and the settings are trickier. WavePad has good default settings for this one.
