I know this is probably simle for alot of people and it prolly will me to me when i get it, but i need help on this lol. Ime using hex workshop and OllyDbg. are those any good for this mission?

Those are not going to be very useful. They may give you a small clue but not much. Hex editors wont be much help on this one.

what would be the best thing to use? im mainly learning the stuff from hints the people post. without those im lost :P

This helped me. Its a list for all the missions in general, but maybe it'll give you a better idea of what will help.

ah i was looking for something like that. the basic missions had one and i was hoping stego did :P

Try using simple techniques with simple picture editing software.

This can also be solved without Photoshop, by using a hex editor like HexEdit.

A hex editor actually made it pretty simple for me. A little bit of substitution and it appeared clear as day.

This literally took me 30 seconds...25 of those to open photoshop.

Hint: just fool around with some basic functions.
