OK this is going to sound stupid but when i click the IRC missions it sais that the page could not be displayed ... Any idea's why and this is pretty nasty cause i think i know what to type at #htb it's pretty easy (the command) but ... HELP ?!

use the irc client on the website, or your own one like mIRC to complete these missions

On the hackthissite's main page, scroll down on the left side until you see 'Communicate' then under that you will find 'irc chat'. Click on that.

Do i have to type
!say (command that makes me ops) on the #htb channel or is it more complicated than this?!
Is there a different 'special' command that grants me ops in !htb mission or is it just a general command?

Yes, you type "!say <command that will make you an op>"
Its a general irc command, nothing cryptic or anything.

when i try to imput commands the moo just says them. it won't execute them. help?

ok i managed to get my nick registered yesterday but today it says my nick is not registered.
help?
