Everyone here at HTS that knows what they are doing mentor. They don't stick with one individual, but help everyone with problems they have. But, they will not help you if you have not tried to help yourself first.
For the missions you have problems with look under the Category for your mission in the forums. For example yours would be Basic >> Basic # 1,2, or 3 etc... whichever one your having problems with.

Well, If it is Basic 1. You need to go to the source of the problem to figuire it out.

Ah, such a beautifully crafted hint. Perhaps it wasn't clear enough You need to go to the source of the problem.
Well, repeating your words aside. If your still stuck look on the main HTS page, under articles>hts missions theres a guide to all the basic missions.
And for future reference, can everyone stop making new posts complaining about THE SAME problem. Keep it all to one thread, the trick is to read what others have said before making a new thread yourself. I don't know if I can speak for hacker-n-training, but I know I'm fed up with having to say the same thing in half a dozen threads!

lol no cracking one was easy but i just wana be able to do the harder stuff cos i cant see the passwords for the rest

I don't think this is the way to go about it, noone is going to personally mentor just you. I'd suggest using the user search and find some high ranking members, then ask for help with something specific from them. Don't ask broad questions, ask if they could point you in the direction of some good app cracking tutorials, then come back and post any links you get here mostly because I'd love to learn this sort of stuff to
