coffeecup HTML editor,
Dreamweaver in school, because i do not have it at home.
Notepad is what i use the most, and then i upload it into coffeecup editor to finish off some design.
Does anyone use freewebs as free domain servers?? Or geocities?
I use it, people underestimate the power of it...

I tend to Code the site i make from scratch using good old trusty notepad 
Although i did buy dreamweaver once, i only used it a few times as i can't get used to it, also prefer to make my sites from scratch

notepad/++ & Dreamweaver as it makes things easier xD

Apache/PHP/MySQL/Python/Perl (production; the good'ol manual way)
Coda (xhtml/css/php/javascript/text related/svn support/ftp/semi-wysiwyg)
Fireworks CS4 (design)
Flash CS4 & FlashDevelop (flash/actionscript)
Eclipse (java/cvs projects)
Xcode (iphone/mac)
And obviously a whole bunch of webbrowsers, most of them native (Firefox, Safari, Opera) and a few emulated/wrapped in CrossOver/Wine (Internet Explorer 6 & 7) - still waiting for Chrome *sigh*

Strange how much I've changed. Now I use Nano (though I really should use Vi, I admit) for everything.
I'd never use a GUI for text editing now. No chance.
As for people saying that dreamweaver is easier, it isn't. It may seem that way, but it really isn't.

I use multiple tools across multiple platforms, just depends what computer I'm on at the time.
Windows: Notepad, photoshop CS3 for the graphics end
Mac: KompoZer (this one is good for piecing it all together and getting a general template), TextWrangler
Linux (Ubuntu): I usually use this one when I'm loading up the site only. I use filezilla, whatever version of notepad is on there, and gimp for any last second graphics.
