Need help with the admin BIOS Password

I've looked everywhere, but every time I search for hacking the bios password, it's the system bios password, not the admin bios password.
I've tried to remove the battery on the motherboard, and insert it 2-3 minutes later, didn't work.
I've tried some backdoor passwords, phoenix, PHOENIX, CMOS, BIOS to be exact.
nothing worked.

I'm reinstalling windows, and like 2 years ago I set an admin password on the bios, and of course I forgot it. To reinstall windows I have to boot the computer from the CD-ROOM, and I can't change that in the bios without the admin password.
Last time I reinstalled Windows on a computer is like 3-4 years ago, but I'm pretty sure the only way (yes, I'm formatting the hard drive) to do it is by booting the computer on the CD-ROOM, atleast it's the only way I know how to do.
I doubt it has any meaning, but the windows I'm using now is a business version of Windows XP Home Edition. Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition (5.1, build 2600) to be exact. and the Windows CD he has is just a simple repair CD. The Windows CD I'm gonna use now though, I got from a friend, and yes, it's a legit CD-Key.

The Bios I have is as followed: Phoenix ROM BIOS PLUS Version 1.10.2.0.5

Open the computer case, look for a jumper header near the battery (J15 or the like). It will be shorted (the black jumpber will be on it) Remove the jumper. Replace it. Power on your computer. The password should be removed. If not, remove the battery from the computer and let it sit for 10 minutes then reinstall it. If this *still* doesn't work, remove it, remove the power cable, and attempt to power on the computer. It will turn on for a brief moment and then will shut off completely. Plug in the power cable and reinsert the battery and power it on again.

Please note that this will not only remove the password, but will also reset all of the BIOS settings, which is usually no biggie (as there are typically few that you have to change to get it back to where it was.. normally just boot device priority, etc)

Let me know if you need help or have any questions.

Edit: Just realized that you posted this under the wrong forums. Your best bet would've been the NZone or maybe the OS hacking forum. No biggie, I'll just PM a moderator to have it moved. This forum is for the application challenges on HTS.

I don't find that to always be the case, depending on the MB sometimes they reset back to their manufacture date.

Well the point is that you would want to re-configure the date before starting windows because it can mess up some softwares you have.
