decrypt EVERY character, an ascii table will help you here

Password is case sensitive. Sat around for 30 mins swearing my butt off knowing i had the password right.

GAH!!!!!!! this is really frustrating!
I've spent hours on this one mission but I can't see what I'm doing wrong!!!!
I'm pretty sure I'm doing it right, and I can't see what the problem is!!!
It may seem to you that I am an idiot, but I'm just new to this, and I really need some help!

My password is: cc75g<?@
and at the moment I've decrypted it to: [Mod Edit: ELJONTO >>Attempted decryption removed] (Might've made it easier for some people to see encryption algorithm)
It may only be a small mistake, but at the moment I am utterly lost at what else I should do.

I've tried entering the first and last half's of the total password, but I still don't understand, lol.
