I am a geek. Nerd is used as a derogatory statement by those who cannot possibly comprehend how incredibly powerful we may become when we utilize what they fail to understand.

Or, rather, that's my opinion on the matter.

Sadly, no I can't share the joy of being a nerd like the rest of you.
I'm considered a jock or a bully by most people. Don't get me wrong, I'm one of those people everyone knows and likes alot, but I'm kinda big and "built". I think I'm a straightforward nerd though, I play games to no end, my room is a mess, and I snort when I laugh ( no joke, hehe ), and I have a mohawk.

Just because you snort, have a messy room, and play games to no end does not justify you besmudging the good name(s) of geeks everywhere. We're perfectly capable of besmudging our good name on our own.

I don't know if I'd be called a "nerd." I'm tech-savvy and spend a lot of time studying programming languages and hardware, but I also work on cars, hike, and do other things like that.

I think it's hard to say if I'm a nerd or geek cause I don't really know how those terms are defined anymore.

On a side note, I'd actually rather be a nerd than a geek, but that's just how I think of the words.

I'm probably considered a nerd cause I'm always on the computer or studying some aspect of it. But I also play just about every sport imaginable. I guess it depends on how you classify a nerd.

Eh,I prefer not to really label myself as anything. I can't really. I love the computer but I also love fencing and horseback riding. I write, I act,I drink myself into stupors a lot. I play video games. I used to skate. I dunno, like I said I can't classify myself. I'm lost.....
