I changed the source and hit submit but i havent gotten anything do i need to keep the source open or what

How can I change the source ?

mmm well im really not sure if i can tell ya that hmm ohhh a riddle thats it : ok man to view and change the source think whats is one thing that a pc can do that a mac cant P.S and yes i know that they technically can do this but cmon guys you know what i mean

I think its fair to say that a firefox plugin is usefull (if not necessary). I would not be able to solve this one without the firefox add-on

There are a few different ways to complete this mission.

No such thing as just one method of completing it.

i understand what it is i need to do i just cant figure out how to save the new source code once i change it and get what i need!!

I'm just wandering... Is it right that it displays the pass on the new page? Or it should send the pass to the mail?

OK this sucks.

I did this challenge a while back and passed with my first try. I did the exact same thing now but it doesn't work... why???
I'm using the same PC, same version of Firefox (I've tried IE7 as well), exact same method and I'm saving the source in the right format. when I open the altered page and press the "send password to Sam" button... nothing happens. also I get no response when hitting the "submit" button even though I didn't make any changes to that part of the code?????

Even if I save the page (I've tried all formats) and hit any of the options without editing the code I get no response not even an "sorry your a loser message" nothing. Surely the page should still give a response???
Or is this because I've already completed the challenge and I can't redo completed challenges?

Isn't there a way for me to go back and check what I did the last time I completed the challenge?

the page does give a response, but there may be something you are forgetting to do when "sending the password to Sam"

If you are referring to the part of code that I need to change (also hinted in the requirements for the challenge) I've changed it with no result. The reason I say that there is no response is: when you click on any of the options on the original page it shows traffic between the server my PC in the bottom left of the browser, but when I click on the options in the modified page (even before mods) it just says "stopped". It is as if the server is checking the origin of the form which should only happen in the next challenge right.

I completed the challenge using the method for the next challenge, but I still would like to know how to do the other method.
