In your opinion what is the best and worst anti-virus program?
and which anti-virus program do you use?

i wouldn't know what's the worst, but i prefer using AVG or Avast.

I get different results when using either of the 2 Anti-Viruses, when i have an infection.

I personally use Avast. I like it.
Norton is good for detecting viruses (ignore what people say) but it does take over your system. For that reason, I don't like it. It's my computer goddammit, not Symantecs.

I use Avast!, it has worked very good so far.
The worst AntiVirus is the crappy AntiVirus you get when you order broadband.

(Swedens "Telia" has an extremely bad anti virus..)

I use Linux, so no AV needed.

But, when I use Windows Server, I always use Symantec Endpoint Protection. It is built for rackmounted servers, so it is extemely reliable & robust. Unlike Norton AV, you can stop it from taking oover your PC.

Ithink that Avast is the best antivirus as i have never had any problems with viruses since using it. The worst antivirus is pcguard the one that comes with virgin broadband as it doesn't detect some viruses and other viruses such as abetear are found but the pcguard cant touch them

I'm using Avast, and i feel its quite good. I like it.
I also had a very good impression using Threat Fire. Its quite good (i think), though it does take up some computer resource. Slows down my computer too much...

I'd recommend Avast or AVG.

Wow... Avast! seems to be popular here. I agree... it's pretty good. If you have that, ClamWin, and NoAdware.. then you're all set. I particularly like the fact that Avast! has a "virus chest". It's annoying when other AVs delete your programs because, even though you've used them forever, they are apparently trojans. (Yeah, I'm talking to you Norton) With Avast! though.. you can restore quarantined files.
