I've got one directory of files listed at least, but I can't access any of the listed files, oddly. I'm wondering exactly what directory the command is listing, because it certainly isn't the /tmp or /8 directory.

Okay i've basically got it. I've got so far that it lists the files in the tmp directory, but now I'm well and truly stumped on changing the directory. I tried changing the directory and then listing the files but I just got that error-like message about certain functions and stuff not being allowed.
I've also searched google for nearly 3 quarters of an hour and just can't find the right thing to put me in the right direction; if you can help I will officially love you!
I'm hitting a brick wall with this one. I've gotten a hang of SSI commands and all, I've used ls, but I just can't find how to change directories to get to where I need to get the pass. I've looked at a good few articles and pages, but nothing has really given me insight.

Hi guys and gals, I eventually got the ls list in the basic 7 by typing ;ls is this what I type in again? I've typed in so may variations of ls that I'm going insane. Is there a anything else I need to type into the *nix enter your name box to get it to work? Do I need to put a space in or something or ; again or what? Thanks

Arrrghhh! Ok dudes, give me an hand... I've tryed every combination with the 'ls' command but i'm stuck. The script accept well the pure ls (so I see all the *.shtml) and I figured out that I'm in the deepest folder. But, how can I change the directory? Every cd or ls won't work saying some restrictions... blabla... Maybe I'm so stupid but I need help.
