Web Design Forum?

I understand hts isnt for people to learn how to make websites and web designing. I was wondering if anyone knows of a good active forum for web designing. Please let me know. I am not leaving this forum. I like what hts is about and wanna continue my learning here aswell

ya know.. @op - you might consider narrowing down what you are looking for? Are you looking for a web development forum, a web DESIGN forum, a graphic design forum? The topic is just so freaking huge really.. you could look around all day long... instead focus on something more specific, yet fairly active.
