I definitely agree with you, Goatboy, about the fact that other languages will give you a new perspective on things, and that no language can fully emulate some aspects of other languages. They're fairly interesting.
Still, I think it's best to keep this website as a single language entity. It's true that the sub-forum would probably be fairly dead for a good period of time, but if it becomes big, why split the community? People don't really get flamed for bad English as it is, (unless of course it's of the l33t suburbanite 13 year old hacker type), and English tends to be the standard language for computer related things as it is.
That being said, I suppose it wouldn't be too much of a problem if it was an "off-topic" subforum, but shouldn't be used for technical discussion.
