Dual Programming forums?

I personally do not see the point of having two programming forums. Currently, there is one under the 'security' category, and another under the 'general'.

In this case, most of the topics in the current 'security' category programming forum really belong in the 'general'.

I understand the idea of two separate forums, but I do not think that idea will hold. I can foresee many posts entering the wrong forum.
