I Need A Book To Protect From Hackers Before I Start To Learn Hacking

This boils down to, "What came first the chicken or the egg?" Learning to hack would be the best way to protect against being hack. However, it sounds like time is not an option even though you would be essentially learning that from whatever book would be provided. Just look into "network security" or "windows/linux lockdown". Hopefully you can see the pattern of topics. You should be able to find more than enough to read at once.
