It's not a book in the classical sense, but it's a very interesting read.
I'll warn you, so you dont think i'm trying to infect you with something nasty, my msse is reporting viruses. But i belived the author when he wrote:

All files are well sorted by topics and with increasing difficulty. You need Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7 to use this training package. The training package does NOT include runnable viruses
I ran it on my pc and i still belive him
But i guess theres nothing else to do but, download it, audit it in a sandbox and find out
