My view:

I just got this in the mail today and have only flipped through it. Already, I must say it is a must read. I paid 42.09 USD + S&H, looks to be well worth the money spent! I'll give an update in about a week to give more as to what I think of it. Post comments if you have already read it to help out.

I would buy it, but certainly not for $42.00.
