Written by the same author as Little Brother (forum link) -->http://www.hackthissite.org/forums/posting.php?mode=post&f=83. This book focuses not as much on the hacking aspect as the disrupting. "The book is centered around massively multiplayer online role-playing games. Even though the novel is targeted toward young adults, it takes on significant concepts such as macroeconomics and labor rights. It covers the new and fast evolving concept of virtual economy. It also deals with MMORPG specific topics like gold farming and power-leveling." -Wikipedia
In the book they are able to organize "players" in online worlds to all take certain actions to upset the balance of the in-game worlds. So its not specifically about hacking, though it does include some, especially exploiting the human element.
The best part... Though you could buy the book (http://www.amazon.com/Win-Cory-Doctorow/dp/0765322161) or rent it from the library, you can also download it for free as as many forms of text files from the author's website (http://craphound.com/ftw/download/).
