Hello everyone, I just signed up yesterday. I completed realistic mission 4, which requires you to send a message to a user with emails from the mission. When I try to send a PM I get an error indicating I am prohibited from sending PM's. Is this related to me being new, or am i missing something?

You must use the HTS Message Center on the main site, not the forum PM system. Once you post twice you can send PMs through the forum.
The glass is neither half-full nor half-empty; it's merely twice as big as it needs to be.
