TCP/UDP ports open on my computer

Hi, I suppose I'm fairly new to this. I have some limited experience with backtrack 5 and pentesting techniques, but I'm not here to ask a question about that. I think my pc might have a backdoor open through my tcp port 49358 when I did netstat -a everything was listening but that one was an established connection and the address was to 72.5.58.60:http. also the port on 50337 was connected to www:2559 and said syn_sent

I'm sorry if this is all noob stuff and it might not be anything but I googled around and I couldnt find anything.

any help would be very appreciated.

I'm pretty uneducated at this as well but since no one else has responnded, away i go.

it's up and responds to http stuff, thinking it's looking pretty dodgey to me but i don't know what to do about it, what ever service is communicating to that server, kill it
