not authorised to send PM=>howto validate Realistic mission?

Hello,

well, as the subject says, I'm not authorised to send Private message(i don't know why), how do I validate,let's say realistic mission 4? (I have to send a message to "savethewales" or something like that.

Try using HTS message center. Anyways, to be able to create and send a private message you need to have at least 2 forum posts.
