Wrong thread, you might want to ask that in the correct section. After researching the material given there and trying at least for a week of course. The threads for Basic mission are here. To go there yourself: go to the board index, then under HTS missions you'll find the Basic Missions section.

Goals
.....Short Term
..........Learn a programming language
.....Medium Term
..........Make a text adventure with that language (dystopian cyberpunk future where you have to solve puzzles to progress)
.....Long Term
..........Make an exceptionally balanced MUD

(And, while it probably goes without saying because I'm on this forum, I do intend to learn to hack. I want to make the programs that script kiddies depend on)

By using both codeacademy and htmldog, I've gotten a rather good grasp on what html/css is and how to implement it. So, I've learned the basics, now comes the practice, and learning hands on-wise!

I want to learn how to apply my knowledge of C++ into making hacking software. In my classes I learned console applications and fundamentals, but not anything with Windows applications. Specifically, I was hoping I could make a very basic keylogger.
