Hey Everyone,

I am a novice to the fullest extent. However, I joined this site out of desperation as I am currently taking an online course which make me wait 100minutes! till I can go to the next topic and it only take 15mins to complete a topic. PLease Help!

Here is the source code..keep in mind I have no idea how to alter it..

*source code removed*

Because I saw "The state requires you spend 100 minutes in this unit. You have spent 88 minutes so far, and have 12 minutes remaining." I have to remove the source because it falls into getting illegal. However, I'll leave this topic open to discuss webpage timers just as long as no specific links posted.

I'd almost call that an excuse to work on other projects.
Assume that everything I say is or could be a lie.

If it's a pure JavaScript timer, I'm sure some browsers implement SetTimeout using the system clock. In that case, setting your clock ahead 100 minutes would bypass it.

OP is gone but here's my thoughts on timers. How hard is it to validate it server side? When i was young and leet, I found that i could avoid waiting 10 seconds on some download website(a prominant one that i can't remember) by injecting javascript into the url and changing the variable. Took me longer than 10 seconds to find the variable i was looking for but it's a story i will tell my grand children
