I loved this one. I figured it out almost immediately but I kept making stupid mistakes and overthinking the problem. The tables really do help but you can easily create your own. It just takes much longer.

i have code 8bhhf8l and i have encrypted it to 8afeb3f, but when i write it in pass it still keep getting error message... Can some1 give me a hand here? is it just bug or my bad?

You have recovered his encrypted password. It is:
8:3h5=h>
Decrypt the password and enter it below to advance to the next level.

Don't enter a password that you yourself have made. You have to decrypt the given password of 8:3h5=h>. You are given the encryption box so you can see first hand how the algorithm works. Now figure out how that applies to the encrypted password that is given.

Try simple codes, and encrypt them. Try: aaa, bbb, cba, and other such things. That should help you decrypt the answer. If you don't understand what I said, I can't help you.
