could someone walk me through making the encrypter/decrypter?

All you need to do is find the pattern of the encryptor, like...HOW it encrypts the text. No need to create a program to decrypt it. Just enter a bunch of the same letter/number, and see the pattern. Then yeah....you get the answer to this mission.

Hint: you might need to use the ASCII table.
