myspace hacking

Hi everyone im austin_civilian. My younger brother (stupidly) lost both passwords to his email and myspace account. He has some stuff on the inbox he'd like back but obviously he can retrieve. Im quite experienced in python and java programming also some html but i was wondering do you guys know of a way he can hack his account??

I know it should be quite similar to the basic missions on the site, which are quite enjoyable by the way, but sadly i don't really know where to start.

Any help would be fantastic
