Nope, it's not rape unless the actual act is non-consensual because every time you have sex you are accepting the possibility that you might get prego. Although in the strictest sense the christian god (im trying to be politically correct) did rape mary in the story because she did not agree to anything before she ended up carrying little baby jesus.
