I'm stuck at the form as well... when I submit it from my Firefox from a Locally run file, i get a 404 from HTS with the POST data attached, however when I refresh the page with nothing on it, i just get a blank page..

Uhm, yes
I have done this mission before.
But now, the viewing message part is seem to be down !?
However, the remain part of the game is ok, and it's maybe hard to find out the location to start next steps without viewing the exist article.
I did it again without the message viewing.

Hi to all hts members !

I am realy stuck with this mission, so I have to post a question here

The problem is:

I founded (from source of m****t*.php page) that the password file is stored in folder f***s/, and I have it's name (m***p*******s.*x*), but, when I tried to open it... "Forbidden" msg come out...

So, the question is: Is this another bug in this mission, or I'm missing something?

You should make sure that you are logged in to hts.
and I have logged in, but this happens again

i Hope u trying the last Buffer overflow part of this Mission..and its Normal to get that kind of Message every time,till u enter the correct no of character in the password field.For more information about which character u have to enter and how many times..search other directories for checkuserpass.c.Have a look at it and u will know what u need to DU..
And Moreover u are getting error "“Access denied! Your IP and useragent were logged!”..thats make sure that u are logged into HTS but u are not trying the right password at that login..

I've finished this mission on Linux and the zip size doesn't really matter.

In walkthrough for this mission it says "So lets start off with 200 *’s (* is that character)." but when I read the ch*********s.c there is this statement /* if a password is less than 4 chars long, add some extra characters */ and it adds that string _T****? So am I to find that char from the guide (I cant find it...) or overflow the pass with this string it doesn't work either?!grrrr pm
And I'm always getting msg Access denied! Your IP and useragent were logged! and I'm logged in?!?!?!
P.S. Why cant it be overflowed with 400 chars? Why does it need specific number of chars?
