You don't need Firebug to do this if you don't want to - I always use Google Chrome, which I find a much better browser, and its 'inspect element' tool will really help you in this one.

...which is basically an alternative to firebug, so it makes no difference. And solving it by JSi somehow feels by far much better ;)

Firebug is not needed, but it does make it a bit easier.

Just think
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
You know exactly what you have to change

Now think of a way to tell the computer EXACTLY how to do it
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
downloading the source code and all of that isn't really... needed....
firebug isn't needed either.....
all you need is the source code and a good understanding of $_GET

I solved this mission " 1st of realistic " in 3 minutes
I do not use any add-on
all thing we need to do is look at the source
care about some value
and look at the url bar when you do some vote by click the button
I can not say much because of rule
hope that you will understand

For some reason when I use the JSI to change the vote value it doesnt change. I am sure I am using the proper format as it works to alert me of the current value. Am i missing something?

Make sure you're using the correct format to change a value rather than alert it. And make sure you're changing the right value.
