Not quite. It has passed the House Committee and is on its way to the floor. There's still a small glimmer of hope before someone redresses it for a new vote next year.
I must have misread the article... but it would not have surprised me if the house passed this during the night during the debt ceiling debate, in order to quietly push it through without the media picking up on it.. even though most media would probably hail it as a victory in the war on pedos. Well atleast congress is off for the remainder of August, gives us a month to stir up some shit about this?
