Get an ATI, they are way better. I had a great experience with XFX ones. If you can stretch it to 200 you can get the new 6850!

Xeah, for gaming, ATI is better, because it's cheaper, but if you want to use your GPU for "more serious" purposes, you'd better get an nVidia.
